If you encounter checksum verification errors in your backup software, most likely this is due to a faulty cable. Please make sure to replace it with a short, new ethernet cable which is at least CAT5e.
If the issues persist please work through the following list:
Install the latest PHANTOMfuse version from here
Check the log for errors (PHANTOMfuse β Help β Debug β Show Logfile)
Check your external connections / interfaces / cables.
Restart your CineStation. Completely remove its power for at least 10s
Restart your computer
Check your RAM for defects using Apple diagnostics
Check if the latest driver for your external Thunderbolt to 10GbE adapter or internal Ethernet card is installed properly
In case you use an internal Ethernet card, try using an external Thunderbolt to 10GbE adapter
If these steps did not help, please send us a detailed error description using the support request feature in the apps menu. This will include the latest logs.
